While our creative direction is profoundly inspired by the demanding climates of Canadian cities—from the relentless rain of Vancouver to the sudden squalls of Toronto—our structural mastery is born in our Dhaka production studio.
At 78 Gulshan Avenue, skilled artisans assemble every shaft, rib, and canopy by hand. We reject mass manufacturing in favor of a slower, deliberate approach. Each Murnalep umbrella is turned, tested, and tailored to endure.

Concept & Form
Every seasonal collection begins with architectural studies. We examine canopy profiles, walking-stick proportions, and folding dynamics to ensure absolute visual harmony.

Engineering Resilience
Prototypes undergo rigorous wind-tunnel simulations and tension testing. We calibrate the tension of every spring and the flexibility of every rib to perform flawlessly.

Hand Assembly
At our studio, individual fabric panels are hand-stitched to the frame. The canopy is stretched, tensioned, and inspected before the signature hardware is permanently affixed.
